سعت الدراسة الراهنة إلى الوقوف على واقع التحولات الرقمية ومدى انعكاساتها على ثقافة الشباب، حيث أصبح التحول الرقمي والعمليات المصاحبة له أحد الاهتمامات الرئيسية في التطور الاجتماعي والثقافي المعاصر، وبات ضرورة ملحة فرضها التطور المتسارع في استخدام التكنولوجيا الرقمية، ولذلك حرصت مصر على الاتجاه نحو الرقمية وذلك في إطار التحول نحو الجمهورية الجديدة وفي ضوء رؤية مصر 2030م ، وبالرغم من ذلك يواجه البشر والحكومات ليس الفرص المتاحة فقط على مستوى الأفراد والمجتمعات ولكن المشكلات والمخاطر المحتملة التي تنشأ عن عمليات التحول الرقمي أيضاً.
     وتنطلق الدراسة الراهنة من منظور سوسيولوجي تسعى من خلاله إلى توضيح المقصود بالتحول الرقمي والمفاهيم وثيقة الصلة به، ومعرفة مدى انعكاس التحولات الرقمية على الحياة الثقافية للمجتمع، وتحديد أبعاد التحول الرقمي والفرص والتحديات التي تواجهه ومدى انعكاس ذلك على ثقافة الشباب وما يمثله ذلك من مخاطر على الهوية والأطر القيمية والأخلاقية المنظمة للسلوك الإنساني، وسوف تستعين الدراسة بنظرية مجتمع المخاطر لأولريش بيك وآراء جان فان دايك في نظريته عن اللامساواة الرقمية والمجتمع الرقمي.
The current study seeks to stand on the reality of digital transformations and the extent of their repercussions on youth culture, where digital transformation and its accompanying processes became one of the main concerns in contemporary social and cultural development. It became an urgent necessity imposed by the rapid development in the use of digital technology. Therefore, Egypt is keen to move towards digitalization. Within the framework of the transition towards the new republic and considering Egypt's vision 2030 AD, despite this, people and governments face not only the opportunities available at the level of individuals and societies, but also the potential problems and risks that arise from digital transformation processes.
The current study starts from a sociological perspective through which it seeks to clarify what is meant by digital transformation and the concepts closely related to it. It also seeks to know the extent of the reflection of digital transformations on the cultural life of society, and to identify the dimensions of digital transformation, the opportunities and challenges facing it. In addition to this, it highlights the extent of its reflection on youth culture and the risks that it poses to identity, the value, and ethical frameworks regulating human behavior. The study applies both theories, the society risks for Ulrich Beck and the views of Jan Van Dyck in his theory of digital inequality and the digital society.
