دور التحول الرقمي كآلية لتفعيل أداء العملية التعليمية في التعليم الجامعي. دراسة ميدانية في جامعة المنصورة.

يَهدفُ هذا البحث إلى إبرازِ أهمية التحول الرقمي في جامعة المنصورة، وأهم أهدافه ومبرراته وفوائده، ومعرفة أهم مقومات التحول الرقمي في الجامعة ومراحله، وأهم متطلباته، وتحديد التحديات والمعوقات التي تواجهُ التحول الرقمي في الجامعة؛ لتقديم مجموعة من المقترحات لتفعيل التحول الرقمي في العملية التعليمية بجامعة المنصورة.
وقد اعتمدت هذه الدراسةُ على المنهجِ الوصفي بالاستعانةِ بطريقة المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة، مستخدمهً استمارةَ الاستبيانِ التي طُبِقًتْ على عينةٍ قوامها (143) من أعضاءِ هيئةِ التدريس بجامعة المنصورة، فضلًا عن استخدام المقابلات المتعمقة مع (15) عضوًا من أعضاء هيئة التدريس من الكليات محل الدراسة بجامعة المنصورة باختلاف درجاتهم العلمية وتخصصاتهم، وقد خلُصتْ نتائجُ الدراسةِ إلى أن أكثر من نصف عينة الدراسة يؤكدون على وجود مزايا للتحول الرقمي في الجامعة، تتمثل في تحسين عملية صنع القرار، تحديث النواحي الإدارية في الجامعات، التحسين التدريجي والمستمر للمنتجات العلمية(الطالب، والبحث العلمي)، والتدريب المستمر للقوي العاملة داخل الجامعة، وتحسين الأداء الأكاديمي والمهني لأعضاء هيئة التدريس، وتحسين وجودة البرامج والمقررات الدراسية، خفض التكاليف وتقليل النفقات على المدي الطويل، أخيرًا توفير الوقت والجهد داخل النظام التعليمي، وقد أوصت الدراسةُ بضرورةِ وجود رؤية رقمية واضحة مسايرة للتحول الرقمي نحو الجامعات، ووجود قيادة مرنة وواعية بأهمية التحول نحو الجامعات، والتوعية بالتحول الرقمي للجامعات بين جميع الأطرف المعنية. 
This research aims  highlighting the importance of digital transformation at Mansoura University, its most important objectives, justifications and benefits, knowing the most important elements of digital transformation at the university and its stages, and its most important requirements, and identifying the challenges and obstacles facing digital transformation at the university to present a set of hypothesis to activate digital transformation in the educational process at the University Mansoura.
This study relied on the descriptive approach with the help of the sample social survey method, using the questionnaire form that was applied to a sample of (143) faculty members at Mansoura University, as well as using interviews with (15) faculty members from the faculties under study at Mansoura University. According to their degrees and specializations, the results of the study concluded that more than half of the study sample confirm the existence of advantages of digital transformation at the university, which is represented in improving the decision-making process, Modernization of administrative aspects in universities, Gradual and continuous improvement of scientific products (student, scientific research( ,Continuous training of the workforce within the university,  Improving the academic and professional performance of faculty members,  Improving the quality of programs and courses, Reduce costs and reduce expenses in the long run, Finally saving time and effort within the educational system. The study recommended the need for a clear digital vision to keep pace with the digital transformation towards universities, a flexible and aware leadership of the importance of transformation towards universities, and awareness of the digital transformation of universities among all concerned parties
