Grammatical Terms Equivalent in Simplified Swahili

This study aims to clarify the equivalents and synonyms for some terms in the Simplified Swahili book by Wilson, which he put in a dictionary called the Glossary. In order to facilitate the learning of the Swahili language. There are terms in this book that need further clarification, as they have no equivalent in Swahili or English. Which leads to ambiguity in knowing the meanings of grammatical terms. The study provided some notes about the writer's way of writing grammatical terms. And also, his methodology in writing grammatical terms. Among the results of the study: that some terms can have synonyms from English and Swahili or English only or Swahili only.

تهدف هذه الدراسة (مکافئات المصطلحات النحوية في السواحيلية المبسطة) إلى بيان المکافئات والمرادفات لبعض المصطلحات في کتاب السواحيلية المبسطة للکاتب ويلسن والتي وضعها في قاموس يسمى قاموس المصطلحات. وذلک من أجل تسهيل تعلم اللغة السواحيلية. حيث توجد مصطلحات في هذا الکتاب تحتاج إلى مزيد من الإيضاح، حيث أتت بدون مکافئ لها في السواحيلية أو الإنجليزية. والتي تؤدي إلى الغموض في معرفة معاني المصطلحات النحوية. وقدمت الدراسة بعض الملاحظات عن طريقة الکاتب في کتابة المصطلحات النحوية. وأيضا منهجيته في کتابة المصطلحات النحوية. ومن نتائج الدراسة: أن بعض المصطلحات يمکن أن يکون لها مرادف من الإنجليزية والسواحيلية أو الإنجليزية فقط أو السواحيلية فقط.
