الانعکاسات الاجتماعية والثقافية لحروب الجيل الرابع دراسة ميدانية لتصورات الشباب الجامعي

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على طبيعة فهم الشباب لحروب الجيل الرابع وآثارها في نشر الشائعات وإثارة الفتن والاضطرابات في المجتمع، والعوامل الاجتماعية التي تغذيها، ومدى تأثر الشباب بها ولاسيما الشباب الجامعي، وانعکاساتها على الأمن الاجتماعي، ودور الجامعة في مواجهة حروب الجيل الرابع، وسبل التصدي لما قد تثيره من اضطرابات اجتماعية، أجريت الدراسة من خلال استبيان على طلاب کليات الهندسة، والتمريض کمثال للکليات العملية، وکلية التربية، والآداب کمثال للکليات النظرية بجامعة کفر الشيخ لعينة مکونة من 379 طالبًا وطالبة من الکليات الأربع، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج منها التقارب الفکري لدى طلاب کل من الکليات النظرية والعملية، ومن الريف والحضر، فلم يکن بشکل عام تأثير بارز للخصائص الديموجرافية لعينة الدراسة على فهمهما لطبيعة حروب الجيل الرابع، وکانت الجامعة المصدر الأول للمعرفة بحروب الجيل الرابع ثم الإنترنت وبعد ذلک أتت الفضائيات، وکانت المواقع الإلکترونية الإرهابية هي أهم أدوات حروب الجيل الرابع من وجهة نظر کل من طلاب الکليات النظرية والعملية على السواء ثم بعد ذلک أتت الفضائيات المشبوهة؛ واهتمام القائمين على هذه الحروب بشبکة الإنترنت کفضاء للوصول إلى الجماهير المستهدفة بدرجة أکبر من الفضائيات، وکانت أهم أهداف هذه الحروب تتمثل في الدعوة إلى الفوضى والاحتجاجات، وزعزعة الثقة في مؤسسات الدولة، وبث الأفکار المتطرفة بين الشباب، وضرورة وضع خطة تثقيفية لتوعية المواطنين، وضع تشريعات رادعة للجرائم المعلوماتية.
The study aimed to identify the nature of young people’s understanding of the fourth generation wars and their effects in spreading rumors and stirring up sedition and unrest in society, the social factors that nourish them, the extent to which young people are affected by them, especially university youth, and their repercussions on social security, the role of the university in facing the fourth generation wars, and ways to address what The study was conducted through a questionnaire on students of the faculties of engineering and nursing as an example for the practical faculties, and the Faculty of Education and Arts as an example for the theoretical faculties at Kafr-Elsheikh University for a sample of 379 male and female students from the four faculties, and the study reached a number of results, including intellectual convergence The students of both theoretical and practical colleges, and from rural and urban areas, in general, there was no significant impact of the demographic characteristics of the study sample on their understanding of the nature of fourth generation
wars. Tools of the fourth generation wars from the point of view of both theoretical and practical college students, and after that came the suspicious satellite channels; And the interest of those in charge of these wars in the Internet as a space to reach the target audiences to a greater degree than satellite channels, and the most important goals of these wars were to call for chaos and protests, and to shake confidence in state institutions, and to spread extremist ideas among young people, and the need to develop an educational plan to educate citizens, the development of legislation deterrent to information crime.
