أثر جائحة فيروس کورونا المستجد على تغير سلوکيات التنقل في مصر

تعد جائحة فيروس کورونا المستجد 2019 ( کوفيد–19) أحدث الصدمات الوبائية زمنياً وأشملها مکانياً، وأسرعها انتشاراً، وقد أثرت في شتى نواح الحياة، ومن أهمها النقل والتنقل، فالعلاقة بين الجائحة ووسائل النقل علاقة تبادلية فقد أسهمت وسائل النقل في نشر العدوى، واسهمت الجائحة في تغير سلوکيات السفر والتنقل في کافة أنحاء العالم.
نحاول في هذا البحث التعرف على أثر الجائحة في تغير سلوکيات السفر وخصائص الرحلات في مصر، بالاعتماد على تطبيق عدد 1232 استمارة استبيان (منها 1207 صحيحة) لاستکشاف سمات الرحلات قبل وأثناء الجائحة، وقد حاولنا الإجابة على سؤالين محوريين في هذا البحث، کان الأول؛ هل هناک تأثير للجائحة على خصائص الرحلات والتنقل في مصر؟ وما حجم هذا التأثير؟ وللإجابة على هذا السؤال المرکب استخدمنا اختبار T لعينتين مرتبطتين، ثم استخدمنا مؤشر کوهين، وکان السؤال الثاني؛ هل هناک اختلافات مکانية في تأثير الجائحة على التنقل في أقاليم مصر؟ واستخدمنا هنا تحليل التباين الأحادي Anova والاختبارات البعدية (اختبار أقل تباين دال) LSD.
توصل البحث إلى أن هناک تغير واضح في معدلات الرحلات، فقد انخفضت تکرارات رحلات العمل والتعليم والتسوق والزيارات الاجتماعية، وکانت رحلات التعليم هي الأکثر تأثراً فيما کانت الرحلات الاجتماعية هي الأقل، کذلک انخفض استخدام وسائل النقل ککل، إلا أن هذا الانخفاض کان واضحا في وسائل النقل العام والجماعي، کما أن الاختلافات المکانية في تأثير الجائحة لم تکن کبيرة ولکنها کانت أوضح ما يکون فيما يخص رحلتي التسوق والزيارات الاجتماعية.
Abstract
The novel coronavirus disaster 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic is the latest epidemiological shock in history, and the most rapid in spreading. It has affected various aspects of life, the most important of which is transport and mobility. The relationship between the pandemic and the means of transport is reciprocal, the means of transport have contributed to spreading infection, in the other hand, the pandemic has contributed to changing travel and movement behaviors around the world.
In this research, we try to identify the impact of the pandemic on changing travel behaviors and the characteristics of trips in Egypt, based on the application of 1232 questionnaires (1207 are correct) to explore the characteristics of trips before and during the pandemic. We have tried to answer two central questions in this paper, the first was; "Is there an impact of the pandemic on the characteristics of trips and transportation in Egypt? What is the size of this effect?", To answer this composite question, we used the Paired Sample T-test, and then we used the Cohen index to measure the size of the effect. The second question was; "Are there spatial differences in the impact of the pandemic on mobility in the regions of Egypt?", We used here "Anova" analysis and post-Hock tests (the least significant Difference test) LSD.
There was a clear change in the rates of trips, the frequency of work, education, shopping, and social trips decreased.  Education trips were the most affected, while social trips were the least, and the use of transportation as a whole decreased, but this decrease was evident in public transport. The spatial differences in the impact of the pandemic were not significant, but they were most evident with regard to the shopping and social trips
