عالج العمل الأدبى من خلال مسرحية فتاة الدستور التى تحدث فيها الکاتب عن أهوال الحکم الاستبدادى وجوره ، ومزايا الحکم الدستورى وما ينتظر منه من نفع ، فى ظلال روح العصر. وکأن الکاتب يعطى درسًا عمليًا بهذا العمل الفنى لجميع الحکومات فى کل العصور والأزمنة لما تؤول إليه البلاد إذا استبدت حکومتها ، وحادت عن طريق الحق والعدل . وکشأن معظم الأعمال العظيمة لم يلق هذا العمل الفنى الاهتمام اللائق به فى حينه . The literary work deals through the play of the constitution in which the author talked about the horrors of the authoritarian, and the advantages of constitutional rule and what is expected from benefit, in the shadow of the spirit of the times. As if the writer is given a practical lesson of this technical work of all Governments in all time and aspiration for the country if its government is replaced, and sharply by right and justice. For most of the great businesses, this technical work did not meet adequate attention at the time.
